Recently tourism sector is seen to be a highly and indeed a speedy growing industry in the world. well its good, but nothing have and can develop smoothly without challenges, because where there is development you cannot escape challenges.a very big explosive boom is nearly coming on tourism industry if the operators of the industry cannot take measures, frankly speaking most investors just using tourism as a high profit making business, well its true because tourism bring high profit within a short period of time, for instance during a high season.but the very big problem they use cheap labors to provide services to the industry while their accumulate high profit, their not aware that, the higher the quality of services the higher the profit made and it will be sustainable. now there is a lot of professional of the tourism sector who can operate the industry professionally and make high profit to the investors will at the same time promote environmental conservation as the only way to keep the tourism products sustainable.
its now the time for the government to review the employment policy and Act to provide the guideline for the employment in tourism sector, genuine license of business in the industry and promote Eco-tourism. if this not done at the end of the day you find the industry will be a dump and results of environmental impacts.
