Teaching is something very important for the generation of the new knowledge passing among individuals to give peoples light about this world. this work is among the difficult works ever done, to change an ignorant mind into educated is something even tough than going outside the country and attending conference of representation on behalf of a certain company, institution, government parastotal or Non-Governmental Organizations. for example to prepare a kindergarten kid educationally and psychologically up to the primary, secondary and higher levels is something very much difficult. surprisingly you find the workers who are performing this very tough and a base of performances of the other duties we not well regarded or recognized in terms of their efforts per work they do. its well clear that teachers were the workers who are having very tough difficult works with difficult environment, so if they demand their right of green salaries they are wright. for example currently the teachers demonstrations are continue increase in east African countries, so the teachers problems is everywhere in the world. the problems is all of us we have forgotten our education origin (our teachers)everyone in this world has a his/her owns teacher's if not many teacher's.
its now the time for the whole world dwellers to rethink on how to solve the problems of our teachers.this will only be a way forward towards achievement of good education performances to our sisters and brothers or our children's.
